Biopsy and Complex cyst

I'm in late 40s and premenopausal still regular periods.
I was on gynae list to be seen in December but have had monitoring ultrasound in September. Then yesterday I had letter in post to state the ultrasound has shown that i have complex 8cm ovarian cyst and signifcantly thickened lining and ?fibroid that needs ruling out. Ive been referred for biopsy of the womb and further investigations. Been told I am on the urgent list which I have been since august but it will be 10 to 20 weeks before I am seen - they havent got the most recent referral.
Should I be on the 2ww or is 10-20 weeks with these findings the norm. The secretary said I'm on the urgent list but it's up 20weeks wait and the referral was sent. Don't know what to do am so worried

I would have thought you’d be on the 2 week wait - can you approach your GP and PaLS?

That’s understandable however it could be innocent. Could you follow this up privately is the NHS can’t move quickly?

No I have discovered I have a blood clotting disorder where my blood doesn't clot properly I'm devastated as I was all booked for prrivate hysterectomy even paid my bill and then it all get cancelled as I had sver anaemia and couldn't be done. So upset and disappointed. Maybe see a provate gynae but they couldn't do biopsy / hysteroscop it has to be done at tertiry unit? Tho haemophilia centre it could be done local - my local says no as bleeding risk is there.

And i got bloating n backache affect my work
