My husband has started taking the mick and says I’m basically running a small pharmacy/apothecary from the kitchen.
I don’t think it’s that bad, but now I’m genuinely curious what everyone else takes day to day.
Mine is roughly:

  • magnesium at night
  • collagen
  • electrolytes
  • Biotin
  • vitamin D
  • iron
  • creatine
  • protein powder if I actually manage to make it to the gym
  • plus a few other bits and bobs depending on what I’m taking at the time

Some are tablets/capsules, some powder, occasionally sachets, so I think it probably looks worse than it is because there are tubs and packets everywhere.
What does everyone else take? And are you mainly pills/capsules, powders, gummies, sachets etc?

I’m particularly interested in the people who have somehow ended up with a proper little daily “routine” of supplements, because I’m trying to work out whether I’m completely normal or have accidentally become an apothecary 😂

Sounds pretty normal to me. Also depends on how old you are and what you're taking them for. I'm probably taking double the amount of things, including prescribed stuff. But I'm late 70s.
