Hair not growing

My hair's short, layered, cut over the ears, longer than pixie.

I suddenly realised it's been over 3 months since my last cut, I usually go every 6 weeks. I still don't need a cut.
I'm puzzled, & a bit concerned if there's anything wrong.
Any ideas, please ?

Maybe give your scalp a massage, glug some Pumpkin seed oil and use some hair oil daily to see if your follicles need a bit of a boost. You can also use a scalp scrub like the Ouai I use it with the Grounded Body Pumpkin and Rosemary oil + Red light.
