Back pain creeping back after hysterectomy

I had a hysterectomy a week ago. Everything gone but the ovaries. For years I had suffered with low back pain that was attributed to lower spinal issues- tried many spinal procedures but no relief. So, due to an acutely retroverted uterus I made the jump and went for the hysterectomy!

woke up feeling like all my dreams had come true, no back pain. Now I will say that it isn’t as bad as it was in bed, as in I can actually wake up feeling less stiff, but today, I felt the old twinges creeping back in.

my question is: did anyone else have a hysterectomy after being diagnosed with spinal issues also? And if so, did the hysterectomy eventually help your back pain or did you need further spinal treatment?

Us women have it rough, and my heartfelt condolences gp out to all of you who suffer with these painful conditions xx
