Hello, I’m on Lizinna and have been taking yhe contraceptive pill for decades now, mostly because of the horrific period pain and nothing else helps.
Last two years my periods which used to run like clockwork just randomly changed and I started bleeding randomly all the time. I’m nearly 40. So I stopped taking the 7 day pill break in February completely and haven’t had a period since.
am I safe to do this from now on? Or should I take the 7 day break occasionally to have a period? Been told differing advice so asking here
