Fatigue from mirena coil

Has anyone had the coil and then got severe fatigue? I am struggling so much with fatigue, I have a lot going on with my health so didnt consider it but the last couple days ive been wondering.

I had the coil put in following surgery for endometriosis, not all of it was removed but they wanted to try the coil to see if it helps with pain from adenomyosis and endometriosis.

I am also on HRT and have been for around 8 months. Since surgery the estrogen seems to be helping less and I was put up to 3 pumps but still isnt helping as much honestly, my GP has said I can go up to 4 pumps but no clue if that will help. However the progesterone side was something I struggled with as every type of progesterone I tried caused me anxiety, muscle issues, trouble with sleep, agitation.

Since having the coil put in ive got worsening muscle fatigue, I do have fatigue too in the sense of tiredness but the muscle fatigue is severe. I feel like lifting my arms is too hard, I can barely move some days, everything feels so hard. Im currently having bloods and a referral for CFS but I just wonder if it could be the coil.

I am reluctant to remove it as it feels like this was my only hope of having a progesterone that then allows me to stay on the estrogen but also because the surgeon asked me to give it 6 months to see if it helps the pain (its currently doing the opposite but im desperately trying to stick with it).

If anyone has had similar I wanted to find out, did it improve or did you have to get it removed?
