Post breastfeeding breast improvement

I've had two children which I've both breastfed, I understand that this does change the shape of your breasts etc. I guess I'm just feeling insecure about the lack of elasticity in them, the way they now look as opposed to my pre child perky boobies as gravity has not been my friend here. I am quite thin and feel like they look sad and lifeless. Has anyone got any advice for helping improve the look/fullness or elasticity of them? Will putting weight on help them a bit more?(trying) I really like natural/herbal remedies if anyone has any advice on that. Any exercises that could be beneficial too would be gladly appreciated ♥️

Putting on weight may help a little with the fullness, but not the "perkiness". If you've only recently stopped breastfeeding, they may naturally change a bit still.

Other than that, there's nothing you can do, outside of surgery.

I have noticed if I did chest exercises with weights the muscles would help ‘lift’ a little, which helped. But only a little. Worth a try.
