Suffering with periods at the age of 42. Having clots and heavy bleeding and really bad pains. I’ve never been a sufferer but lately they’ve been horrendous. It frightens the life out of me I’m a sufferer of anxiety also. I had an episode about 8 years ago where a bleed wouldn’t stop and I lost a very large clot I was hospitalised and had blood transfusions and I think this sends my anxiety into overdrive. Does anyone have any tips or anything for helping with them it’s driving me crazy. Thankyou
