I’m exclusively breastfeeding and have been for 5 months now and also confirmed not pregnant
I’ve been EBF my little one for 5 months and my period hasn’t returned (yet!), although yesterday I had light brown spotting with no other symptoms. Is this my cycle trying to start again? I’ve tested twice and both were negative hence why I’m thinking period… or have any other BF parents experienced this too around the same time?
