Hiya!

Recently had a coil fitted and would like to find a way to track bleeding?

I can see there are loads of apps available, any recommendations? A lot seem to be aimed at ovulation, which I don’t need to know as I’m an oldie Grin

Thanks!

Use the iPhone app. It’s the only one that doesn’t sell your data.

I use Clue as it's free

You can check Siela, pretty simple compared to Flo/Clue etc, cycle tracking without feeling all fertility focused…

Are you looking just to track bleeding or other symptoms too? familyissues12345

If you have a Garmin I find that the tracking on Garmin Connect is as good as anything with space to add symptoms and notes.

I think just the bleeding?

im being referred to a menstruation clinic and feel it might be useful to have a way to show them what everything looks like. I could just write a list, but thought I’d see if there were any decent apps out there!

Thanks for all of the replies x

I used Google fit, but unless I'm doing something wrong it doesn't notify me when I'm due- which is the whole reason I want it.

So if you find one that gives a warning I want to know - because I still get caught out.
