I'm early 40s and could be perimenopausal, but not 100% sure. I last had a period in March. Before that was January and previously they were relatively regular although I have had months of not having one in the past as well.
The last week I had all the signs of having a period, exhaustion, headache, and then cramps and backache and brown discharge, then a bit of pink, which is how my periods always start, but then just nothing - it hasn't turned into a period.
Just wondering if anyone has had anything similar?
