Looking for some advice for people who may have been in similar situation.
I had an MRI and hysteroscopy six month ago as it was identified i have a 8cm ovarian cyst and endometril lining of 19mm. I had tumor markersd and all levels were low. Hysteroscopy showed no cancer and no abnormal cells.
I had a repeat pelvic MRI and Ultrasound and the *cm cyst is still there and the lining is still 18mm. Said the cyst is 8cm but static and repeat tumor markers normal but it causing severe backache and bloating and could be driving the cyst?? I'm 47 with regular periods no abnormal bleeding but periods last 5 days but first 2 days very heavy.
Will the hysteroscopy need repeating? Would i be able to request Anaestheetic again. I don't want Mirena as it is against by belief. I would like hysterectomy.
Does anyone know? I'm so fed up.
