Advice on Mooncup options after difficulty removing a menstrual cup

Can anyone advise me about moon cups?

I've tried a menstrual disc but it caused a vagal nerve response causing me to nearly faint and vomit so I though a mooncup would be the way forward.

Bought the tampax cup and tried it today. Got stuck, couldn't get it out, trying for over 2 hours. I was surprised by the rigidity of the cup, are they all like that or are some softer?

Is my journey with reusable products over already or what else should I try? Im 50, I cs birth.

There are soft options but they can be a bit more difficult to pop open. If it gets stuck I found the easiest way was to slide a finger up the side and break the seal by pushing the top in

I took a couple of cycles to get used to it, and I got one stuck, at the height of the first covid lockdown, so really didn't want to go to A&E. Eventually managed to sort it out with very careful use of tweezers.

We are not all the same, so it makes sense that not all cups will suit all women. But it's expensive to experiment, especially if you're not likely to have many years use of it.
