Breast soreness after period at 35 and possible perimenopause

Has anyone had painful breast post period? My period finished last Friday and my breasts are still sore a week later. Usually they are painful for a week or so leading up to my period but this time they were much less so than normal.
Is this the beginning of peri menopause?
I’ve just turned 35 and this period was shorter and lighter than usual (I think I was using tampons as swimming and I usually use period pants) but it was definitely only 3 days rather than 5.

Could you be pregnant? At 35 that seems more likely than peri to me

@PancakeCloud i don’t think so. I don’t feel pregnant.
With my daughters I was having heart palpitations and orange juice cravings before I had even missed a period.
I had my period the 7th-10th July so it’s just weird my breasts have been so uncomfortable the past week.

I've never read of breast tenderness being a peri symptom. It seems really unlikely at your age, you're almost a decade ahead of yourself.

@RoseField1 im perhaps being dramatic. Its just periods and symptoms have been like clockwork since I stopped breastfeeding my 2nd two years ago.
