Experience of Evorel Conti with Mirena for bleeding and endometriosis?

Hoping for some advice on HRT. I’m 49 - had horrendous menopause symptoms that were debilitating (I have PMDD so the low moods were annihilating). When went on it I hadn’t had period for 5 months but hadn’t gone the full year. My gyney wanted me to try Evorel Conti plus a Mirena because I have endometriosis on both my bowel and my ovary. I opted for just Evorel Conti (I have to have continuous due to endo). My endo pain disappeared at first and certainly has never returned as it was before HRT. I feel 28 again and actually have never been better, all symptoms disappeared. But after 6 months I do have bleeding and I’m a little concerned. If I go back to gyney he’s going to want me to have a Mirena fitted but I’m very unsure about all that progesterone as the patch is continuous. Has anyone here experienced the Evorel Conti patch plus the Mirena? I’m worried about the BC cancer risk with all the progesterone but accept it might be beneficial for the bleeding.

I didn’t want the coil so I went on the mini pill instead alongside the HRT and found it worked for me - no bleeding etc after an initial few months of spotting.

Mirena was amazing. First few months are tricky but persevere. No periods, no pms, anxiety disappeared

Thank you so much - I hadn’t considered that option!
