Experiences with a kyleena coil

I was wondering if anybody had experiences with a Kyleena coil? I had one fitted the other day after the doctor struggled to get a Mirena in. Has anybody had positive experiences? I’ve tried to check for the strings today and can’t seem to be able to feel them but apparently that can be normal! Any positive stories would be appreciated! I’ll add that I’ve got it for the purpose of contraception!
