What age did you go through pre menopause? What was the first symptom you noticed? How long did you wait before having it confirmed by the doc?

I'm late 30s and suffering with brain fog, af being early late long short, it's the brain fog that got 😫. I know it's summer, however I've been sitting in a cool room my forehead and nose have started pouring with sweat and my chest gets hot to the touch.
