As anyone else got 1 lumpy breast in the upper outer, I’ve been refered 2ww for it if i lie down I can’t feel nothing but soon as I sit up and put my arm up I have a huge lump/thickening in that area and I’m so so scared I actually feel sick with worry, does anyone else have lumps thickening in one breast worse than the other; ive been seen in January this year and they scanned the area and said normal but I’m still worried that if they missed something or if something is now wrong

Yes I have - several times. My brain automatically goes to the worst, but fortunately each time it's been nothing sinister and they've been dealt with at the clinic. The vast majority of lumps, bumps etc are nothing to worry about - I won't say don't worry because that's pointless, but send you lots of good wishes.

This could have been me writing this.
i had an ultrasound last year for a lumpy area on my upper outer area on the right, (it’s left side if I’m looking down at them) everything was fine It was a lumpy area of glandular tissue. Fast forward to this year I was obsessing over it again, it is my bigger boob and I’ve lost a lot of weight so when checking my boobs this area felt lumpy again! I booked in with the nurse practitioner she felt the area and said it was normal which deep down I knew it was I was just worried about not knowing what thickening felt like, she said it would be the skin on the breast that thickens and what she could feel was just normal lumpy glandular tissue. X

I had a CT recently trying to find out why I was anaemic, and a suspect area showed in my left breast in the same place as yours. I had a 2-week referral to the breast clinic and a mammogram which looked exactly like my regular screening mammogram from 18 months earlier, so they have told me it’s just an area of glandular tissue and totally fine. Interestingly it’s in the only place I ever had breast pain leading up to my periods (I’m now post-menopausal), so that ties in.

The breast clinic were fantastic, I only waited 15 minutes for the results. Please don’t worry, the chances of it being anything concerning are very small.
