Haemorrhoids help!

I'm not sure if this is the place for this but I'm just going to take a breath and go for it anyway!!

When I was very pregnant I did develop two little hemorrhoids that dangle out of my anus. They aren't massive, maybe each the size of a decent garden pea, not hard and they don't cause any irritation at all, they're just... there. So I never really did anything about them and the three of us just co existed.

However, I've found myself single again and now I'm quite conscious of them. Is this something other people have? Should I be going to the gp or doing something about them? I'd like to think that any man who is interested enough to see them in the first place should be nice enough to ignore at best and not mind at worst but I'm just not sure what the status quo with this is! Do other people have this? Has it ever been an issue when dating? I've seen online about putting them back in but I feel like they'd just fall out again when I went to the loo!
