Ladies am in perimenopause?!
im 35. 36 in November. Mum to 6. Youngest being 16 months. Iv had pretty regular periods 27-29 day. Average 27 days. Past 2 months they’ve changed. Like now I’m on cd 30 and nothing. But the cramps is evil. The heaviness feels Like I’m about to start but I haven’t. Iv took a test and it’s negative. My gp said to contact them when Iv gone 3 months without a period. I mentioned it to my mum and she said it sounds like perimenopause 😭😭😭
