I am on HRT patches which haven’t helped. I don’t want to increase the dose for to gynae cancers in my family.

Has anything helped you reduce or eliminate joint pain? Thanks for any recommendations.

Mounjaro! Also before any weight loss. Plantar fasciitis and aching joints - knees, lower back, pelvis etc -
all disappeared within 2 weeks of taking the lowest dose.

Ankhway gummies - i tried them for at least six months and they did nothing for me in any way at all.

Mounjaro has stopped my knee pain. It was definitely the jabs not the weight loss, as I noticed the difference within weeks of starting it.

Mounjaro helped me. Firstly because I lost five and a half stone, and secondly because it deals with inflammation.

My joint pain is so much better.

Private HRT prescription including testosterone, vit D, lifting heavy weights, and if you've got any weight to lose, that.
