Best period underwear

So that. Best period underwear for those of you using.
I have always used tampons and pads but not agreeing with me anymore.
Since having had a baby my periods returned VERY heavy for the first 2 days then almost nothing for a couple more days. So need something comfortable and very absorbent. Even better if made with sustainable/organic materials etc. Thank you!

I don’t understand period underwear. You’re either walking round all day with a soggy crotch or you have to carry spare underwear in your bag to change into. The latter involves carrying round the soggy, smelly underwear in your handbag!

Its the same as wearing a pad. But its pants (so not moving, riding up your back, feeling scratchy and plastic) and its reusable. Its not soggy as it feels dry, just like a pad would.

OP - I use Primark. Really good.

I haven’t tried loads of different ones but my daughter and I are very happy with Modibodi (including the swimwear).

I started to get sore from pads so I switched to period pants a few months ago. My period is very heavy for 2 days and then light for 2-3. I've only tried the M&S ones and they are good, mid price, but I have leaked during the night during my heaviest day so I wear two pairs together sometimes. For me they are a bit of a pain because you have to rinse them out, cold machine wash and then they can only be air dried so you need at least 6 pairs minimum so you don't run out.
