If the discharge is from your vagina and you're itchy it is much more likely to be thrush. A UTI usually presents as very painful and frequent wees - not a discharge.

Look up trichomonas vaginalis it’s an STI that causes green discharge

tipsyraven · 30/05/2026 05:52

Doesn’t sound like a UTI but more like thrush. I’m not looking at the pic because far too much info. Go and see a chemist today.

Sorry to ask but do you think they been faithful to you?
either way it needs checking out so it can be treated ❤️

WearyAuldWumman · 31/05/2026 00:55

Check in case you have a retained tampon. It's more common than you might think and can cause a green discharge.

I’d just get it checked and take it from there see what the GP says.
if however it is an STI then I’d be grilling him!

Go to a GUM clinic. They usually have drop ins and are the most knowledgeable about stuff

TheGrimSmile · 31/05/2026 02:50

Could it be bacterial vaginitis or aerobic vaginitis. Google them for symptoms.
