Hi all has anyone taken these supplements? I have a ferritin of 15 & a HG of 145 I can’t tolerate any forms of iorn but this one seems to be okay? Looking for anyone’s experience on this Thankyou!

Ferritin 15 is quite low even with normal HG. A lot of people who can’t tolerate regular iron do better with gentler forms like bisglycinate/heme iron. If this one feels okay on your stomach that’s a good sign.
