Ongoing light spotting with Mirena and HRT

Just as the title really. Have had some ongoing light spotting on the coil plus HRT combo. More like a "phantom" period than anything else. Was told to give it up to 12 months to settle and it hasn't. It has not got any worse, but neither has it improved. I will be going back to the nurse but just wondered if anyone else had similar?

No other issues at all and so far HRT has been working well.

I had spotting for 7 months before it settled, then I’ve had random spotting after, which I assumed was my body trying to have a period. The spotting has been a bit inconvenient, but it’s better than the heavy flooding periods I was having.

Thanks, this is how I feel. I also wonder if I need to up my HRT dose? Will speak to the nurse...
