Raised testosterone at age 47 with regular periods, could this be PCOS?

Hopefully someone can help!
I’m 47, have regular periods, had blood tests done recently and my testosterone level was 4.76, I have been referred to an endocrinologist. I know it could be a few things but am wondering if this is quite average for PCOS because most of what I’m reading just says referral at a certain level and it’s commonly raised in PCOS without specifics.

Should add it’s 4.76 nmol/l

Raised testosterone can happen with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, but the endocrinologist referral is just to rule out anything else as well.
