What supplements do you swear by?
What actually is working for you and what benefit?

I am drawn to the the functional mushroom adverts right now but last month I was drawn to the collagen that had other women’s supplements in it and then there are super greens etc

they all such an expense.

I have collagen daily and the odd lavender tablet for calm. I take magnesium or melatonin at night. Melatonin is giving me wild dreams and I wake up exhausted.

what’s your holy grails?

in particular I am looking for something to aid my near 45 women’s health - I need more focus in the day and calm when needed.

I’m late 60s. D3 and B12, omega 3-6-9, vit C in winter, kefir at breakfast time, pumpkin seeds on cereal, plenty of fibre and keep the protein up. Magnesium glycinate (not complex) at night. But you’ve got to keep it up.
Recent blood tests were very good, with GP declaring that I’m very heathy for a fat older person that’s reduced their blood sugar to well below the threshold.
Im not sure about collagen.

I take a supplement that pretty much covers all basis and its completely derived from whole foods. The biggest ingredient that I think has made the most difference in my energy, brain function and bone support is Iodine. I really recommend taking a look at it or even introducing more of it to your diet if you don't want to be spending more money on supplements.
