Can teen girls be prescribed bio-identical hormones?

My GP says not on the NHS. I’m willing to pay privately if anyone can recommend any Drs who would prescribe bio-identical hormones to treat a 15 year old with PMDD, and we suspect PCOS like me.

There’s so much on social media about BHT, but it’s always about menopause or peri ages. I’ve listened to podcasts with Dr Louise Newson and Prof Mary Ryan mentioning young women and girls receiving BHT, but how the heck do you find a Dr who will prescribe NATURAL hormones to teens with various conditions? Dd can’t tolerate the BCP, she’s tried a few now and they make her very depressed and anxious.
