Nipples driving me mad

for 1 week of the month leading up to my period my boobs go crazy itchy and it’s driving me mad. Any tips on how to cool them and stop them itching? Thanks in advance

You should see your GP. But in the meantime, try antihistamine cream.

Try applying a cool compress or unscented aloe vera gel to soothe the itch. Also, wear soft, breathable cotton bras.
