Is ongoing joint pain six months postpartum normal or worth checking?

I am 6 months post partum and like my first baby 8 years ago I have pain in my joints quite alot. I also get bad shoulder and back pain. I’m at a point where I’m wondering is it normal or not. I am hyper mobile so know that can increase chance of pain. For example when I sit on the floor with my baby no matter how I sit I get really sore knees, ankles and back. I’ve tried a few supplements but it hasn’t made a difference. I want to get fitter but honestly I’ve only done 5k steps today and my ankles, shins and knees are aching. I count down the hours until I can rest every day. Could this be arthritis? My bmi is 30 could this also be a cause? Currently on mounjaro to try and shift it

I think it could be quite normal, I used to have have quite sore ankles for a good while after I’d given birth- about a year I think. Not shoulders though.

It doesn’t sound clearly like arthritis, more like hypermobility, postpartum recovery, and extra joint strain.
But since it’s affecting you daily, a GP or physio check would be a good idea to rule anything serious out.
