Just a rant: I can't sleep. I get so tired of going through these phases where insomnia hits hard. Slept for 13 hours the other night, then napped for 3 hours yesterday now I'm up again since 2 pm yesterday afternoon!
I can't seem to regulate my schedule, magnesium isn't working, listening to damned whale songs or rain doesn't work, electrolytes not working, walking 4-5 miles/day isn't working and I'm just frustrated.
The birds are pissing me off because they're singing like it's going to be a glorious day! 😡
