Recurrent thrush

Hi,

My daughter is suffering from recurrent thrush, she usually gets it after sexual intercourse, then is prescribed fluconazole. Has anyone ever tried anything natural that has helped with this?

Is she treating her partner as well - otherwise they will just be passing it back and forth between them.

Recurrent Vaginal candidiasis after sex is common.
Basic hygiene and cotton underwear may help.
If it keeps returning, see a GP for proper treatment beyond Fluconazole.

She needs to treat her partner too.

How old is she? I used to think I had recurrent thrush but it was vaginal atrophy. Doesn't have to be that bad to have strong symptoms.
