Low dose HRT and period back!

I have been taking Femoston low for three weeks now and I started bleeding yesterday. Nothing heavy but still a period. I haven’t had a period for 18 months. I’m 54.

Should I be concerned?

Was there a reason you were given that as opposed to transdermal HRT?

They say that bleeding is to be expected in the first few months of any HRT as your body gets used to it but if it continues you should see your GP to rule out any other reasons.
