please help what to do 😢.
i have had a rectocele for years not been a massive issue. Have to carry my big 4 year old (autistic) child, and today it’s been awful I mean it’s falling out every time I try for a bowel movement and not actually been able to go?
Anything I can do? What’s next. Please help lol

Seeking advice for something like this online is unwise. Speak to a doctor.

You poor thing. If your rectocele is protruding from your vagina then it is severe and you need to see a doctor.

Op, you need to see your doctor and hopefully start the process for rectocele surgery. I had it done 16 months ago and have absolutely no problem at all now. I also have a child like yours but he’s 35 now and it was his birth that caused my problems in the 1st place - he was 5kgs. I’m also waiting to go in very soon and have bladder Botox for a bladder problem I have that’s also connected to my boys birth.

My surgery in itself was very easy and I don’t even need panadol after it. I also made a very quick recovery from it.

All the best to you with getting your health taken care of. 💐
