Banding external haemeroid?

Hi all

I have an external haemeroid that isnt going away with just cream

Has anyone had one banded or injected? I know I dont want it cut off but not sure if there are other solutions?

Dh has his done, it takes just a few minutes and isn’t too painful as otherwise he would complain!
