Is this irregular periods?

My cycles over the past couple of years vary from 27 days to 41 days. They always used to be very regular and consistently 30 days for years and years. Im suffering with fatigue also. Is it worth seeing a doctor or is this classed as normal range? I’ve put on a bit of weight so don’t know if that will just be blamed.

See a dr.
Thyroid issues can cause this and, depending on your age, so can peri menopause.

Peri menopause it sounds like.

Any such changes should be reported to the GP. May I ask how old you are?. I ask only as if you’re in your 20s to early 30s this could potentially be due to problems with the thyroid gland or a condition called polycystic ovaries.
