mumumim · 14/03/2026 21:15

Hi,
I am 44 and am looking for recommendations on those who have had a facelift of some kind at a similar age in London.
I am not enjoying the tired look and how my face is going South! Thank you x

Hi OP, I don’t have direct experience (yet), but I’m doing my own research for the next few years.

Depending on your budget here’s some recommendations, although not all of them based in London.

Raj Grover - London based, very expensive but really natural results.

Dominic Bray - also v.v expensive, London based. He’s upped his prices a lot in the last few years as he has become more popular. Again really natural looking results on his website.

If you’re willing to travel -

Cheaper options would be Bella Vou clinic in Tunbridge Wells - Amir Nakhdjevani is lead plastic surgeon his results look good.

Also Coppergate Clinic in York, Chris West had some recommendations on here a few years ago. Again cheaper than crazy London prices.

That’s my current shortlist based on online recommendations and before and afters on their websites.

If you search on the style and beauty boards there have been a few threads from people who have had them done.

Apologies, it’s Rajiv Grover.
