Best over the counter treatment for recurring nipple thrush with inverted nipples

I have inverted nipples (age and lack of muscle strength apparently) but I get thrush in them. What's a good product to treat the thrush?

Have you been to the gp? Inverted nipples Coukd be a sign of something more sinister.
