Kind Patches

As anyone tried these , are they are all they ate cracked up to be?

I’ve tried a couple. The sleep ones, period ones and the defence ones. They were on offer but they were rubbish. Absolutely no change and the patches lost their stick very easily
total gimmick in my opinion

I use the magnesium ones and I think they help with joint pain. The others haven’t made any difference.
