Hi. I’m 55 post menopausal. Been having regular scans due to fibroids and ovarian cysts. Always been watch and wait after results as not much changes.
I had my recent scan and results have come back as having Multiple hypoechoic rounded focal areas of unknown aetiology within the right adnexa. Now have to have another CA125 blood test, I had this last year and all clear. I don’t have any symptoms no bleeding or pain.
Dr Google says these are a common find after an ultrasound scan but doesn’t stop the worry.
Anyone else had this?
