Is this normal? Why might this be happening please?

I've not had a period in 14-15 months, ever since having the Mirena fitted. It's been a g_dsend but now randomly I have sharp breast pain and have stared bleeding. It was just pink spotting but growing heavier.
Not bleeding has been amazing and I wondered if anyone had any insight into why this might be happening now?

No expert so get proper medical advice if worried but I can say that when I was on the contraceptive implant I didn’t had periods for months on end then would get a random one out of the blue like this then nothing for ages again. So it’s not necessarily an issue but don’t know how normal it is. You could see the nurse/hcp if your GP has one that does whatever the women’s health/family planning side of things is called at your practice.
