Severe bloating but not gaining weight

Apologies I know there are probably a thousand threads on this topic, I have severe bloating to the point where I look pregnant but I am not gaining any extra weight. I've always been very slim and so maybe I am noticing it more but I'm not sure what to do.

I had an ultrasound a year ago but they said everything was okay, they did not do CA125 test so I was wondering if you can ask the GP for this or do they have to have concerns for you to have it? My Mum had breast cancer in her early 40s.

Maybe it's just an age thing where you have severe bloating in peri menopause? I am 40 so the right age I suppose.

If anyone has had anything similar please share, I'm not sure wether I'm worried over nothing or not!

Ask for the test. When were you last at the GP? How are your bowels?

Go and see your GP. If you look pregnant you need a pelvic exam and probably a scan.
