Severe Period pains HELP

please can any recommend anything that may help? Been on mini pill since 16 yrs old due to severe period cramps that left me unable to move and sometimes sick with the pain. Mini pill used to just stop my periods but then came off it when I wanted children and had 4 years of having to cope. Went to GP several times who just palmed me off with two types of tablets that did nothing. Each time I went back, they said unless I went on the coil, they couldn’t suggest anything else. Since having a child, periods have come back and are worse than ever, I can barely care for my baby. I dread each month. I don’t want to go on any form of hormones as they really messed me up for years. Is there anything that you’ve heard of that is worth giving a go? I’m desperate. Thank you.

I would insist to your gp practice that you are referred to a gynaecologist. If they remain unhelpful to you I would change gp practice.
