Some nights I’m very restless waking anytime from 1am onwards sometimes awake for a few hours. Mind in overdrive. In early 50s so likely to be in menopause. Had coil fitted a few years ago which I’ve been told will get me through the menopause. Had no periods since fitted.

starting to get some hot flushes at night time.

Im taking menopace. I have an active job, do aqua aerobics few times a week, get out about a lot. Any suggestions how to get a better night sleep. No issues getting to sleep go to bed same time each night wake up time same each day. Just need recommendations on staying asleep and helping hot flushes. Don’t get hot flushes in the day time!!!

I take magnesium glycinate before bed which helps me to maintain sleep, like you I go to sleep fine but wake during the night . I also take sage and red clover tablets in the evening which help with the hot sweats . Making my bed up with a sheet under the duvet helps me to stay covered but without the heat , a hand fan and cold water also helps me to stay cool .
