Adenomyosis

If anyone has been diagnosed or lives with Adenomyosis, Id be ever so grateful for some help and advice.
(Try and make this short) for context I am a 31 year old with a 17month old and just before Xmas I suffered a miscarriage with a anembryonic pregnancy (empty sac) during my internal scans it was so painful and unbearable it also detected possible adenomyosis. Since my periods have returned and after having my daughter, they are shorter but so painful and more thick jelly like than a flow with rather large blood clots. Also my uterus feels so enlarged and almost bulging which is than affecting ongoing bladder incontinence I have had since child birth.

Do I even start to try and get a diagnosis from the gynae or will it be fighting a loosing battle because I am having regular cycles. I would just like to know if lucky enough to get pregnant in the future -
If anyone can share any similar experiences thank you
