How long did it take to fully stop spotting after LLETZ. I lost so much blood straight after having the procedure that I had to be put to sleep and stitches put in. After I have just spotted every day. The type of blood/discharge has varied from day to day(red, yellow, pink or brown). I had the procedure 1 month ago and had my first period a week ago the first 2 days were heavy (lost a large ish clot) and painful but then tailed off like any normal period. Today I have randomly started with slight cramps and tonight started spotting bright red blood again. I have rang the hospital but I always get the same response - unless the bleeding becomes very heavy or there are signs of infection. Basically it's normal. But is it? I'm 4.5 weeks post procedure why am I still getting bright red spotting and slight cramping. My ovulation is due in 2 days I had even thought is it to do with that? This whole experience has been so frightening. I just want to feel normal again 🥺
