Did I ovulate? Does anyone know what might be going on?

I’m 41 and last year, due to very bad pms I started tracking my cycle. My periods were every 28 days like clockwork.

This month I’ve had the worst pms and my period was 3-4 days light. It finally arrived but there barely a bleed, more like spotting. Yet I’ve got all the symptoms.

At a guess, given your age, I’d suggest peri.
My own regular 28 day cycle went haywire then, from missing periods, random spotting, two periods in a months. PMS symptoms also ramped up.
