How Well Are You Listening to Your Body?

I realized the other day that I’ve been ignoring my body’s little signals for weeks feeling tired, moody, and just “off.”
Have you ever had a moment where you suddenly noticed your body was trying to tell you something, and it made you change your routine? How did it feel?

I had many and I ignored them and went into psychosis

I've a fair few things off at the moment but unfortunately there’s not a lot I can do- I need more sleep but that’s not doable as I work weekends, same with less stress (members of family sick, money issues). Sometimes we can hear our body but life doesn’t allow for doing what needs to be done to help it!

If I listened to my body, I would never get out of bed, let alone actually do anything!

Yes! It felt like a wake-up call—surprising but also relieving once I finally listened and adjusted my routine.

That sounds really tough. I’m glad you’re getting support now.

Same here! Some days just getting out of bed feels like a full workout.
