Hi, I'm quite desperate for advice on this topic so hoping someone can help me out. I've had on/of nausea for years and been down so many avenues to work it out. Just over year ago someone mentioned nausea during ovulation and it suddenly made sense. I tracked my nausea for months and realised it came exactly when I was ovulating for 2/3 days. And it's making my life miserable!! Ive missed these days of work for so long since the nausea isnt bearable and tried pretty much all nasea relief without success. I'm using the copper IUD as birth control since the hormonal options really messed with my moods but now I feel I need a way to stop the hormones causing this nausea with the least side affects. ANYONE HAVE ADVICE PRETTY PRETTY PLEASE:)))

I really wish I could offer some advice but I suffer from the exact same issue. I've been in perimenopause for a number of years now and it's become so much worse.

I'm seriously considering the mini pill to try to shut down my cycle.

In the meantime I've been prescribed antibiotics anti nausea drug to see if that helps.

Low iron can cause this. I’ve had it on and off and taking a regular supplement really helped me.
