Spotting in between cycle

So basically my cycles are always regular 28-33 days, every month spot on. So last month I came on my period like normal they last about 6 days, then when it stopped i noticed I had some light pink discharge 4 days later which lasted a few days but only when wiping after toilet. This month I came on but slightly later day 33, period lasted 5/6 days, now today 2 weeks later I've noticed when wiping I've got the same again. Should I be concerned 🤦🏻‍♀️😩 I also have the copper coil...had it for about 18 months. I have health anxiety so I worry myself sick. Have had slight pain on my right sided abdomen but nothing major, could it be ovulation? I'm 37 years old

Go to the docs to get checked out. I had this and was worried & was fobbed off until my GP finally looked & found a cervical ectropion. I ended up going private to get it sorted & had no issues since.
I am very quick to jump to bad conclusions with regards to my health but more often then not it’s nothing sinister but go and get checked.

Oh exact same as last poster, spotting inbetween cycles and turned out to be cervical ectropion. It’s actually harmless, but is just having the more delicate tissue of inside the cervix on the outside a bit as well, so it’s more prone to bleeding. Cleared up on its own. Def go get checked out though so you can stop worrying :)
